INTRODUCTION, OVERVIEW & INDEX
We at FlameWorks want your total experience with us to be positive.
We desire to partner with you in a way that will bring success on
all fronts. In that vein, we fully believe that if all parties
understand the overall process, the chances for success are much
greater. This manual is designed to provide greater insight into
standard practices and, although your company’s procedures may vary
slightly, should be a useful reference.
