People occasionally ask for a cell phone number. In order to try to serve customers better, we do not give out cell phone numbers... but with the main contact number (above) you always have the best number to reach us.
Explanation: The reason is, we serve in many (mainly) rural areas and we forward the main number to a cell phone when cell service is expected, but we use more than one mobile phone in an attempt to try to personally answer as many calls as possible. If people call one of the cell phones directly when it is not forwarded (out of service range usually) it can result in significant delays in response, because most carriers do not have a signal at the FlameWorks showrooms or office and unless a message rings through we would have no way of knowing that a call was made and message left... and in rural areas that can often take quite some time, even days.
